2. Booking Policy

 

      2.1. By booking our limousine services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

 

      2.2. All bookings are subject to availability.

 

      2.3. Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful reservation.

 

3. Payment

 

      3.1. Payment for limousine services is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

      3.2. We accept payment via Visa, Debit, and MasterCard.

 

      3.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.

 

      3.4. If the actual duration of the job exceeds the originally booked time, the additional charges will be processed, and a separate transaction will appear on your card.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

      4.1. Cancellations made 3 hours or more prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.

 

      4.2. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

      4.3. Cancellations made within 1 hour and 30 minutes or less of the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.

 

5. Refund Policy

 

      5.1. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

 

      5.2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

 

6. Liability

 

      6.1. Gobi Limousine Services shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the provision of limousine services.

 

      6.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger deemed to be a risk to the safety or comfort of our chauffeurs or other passengers.
